Frequently asked questions

Which file formats are supported?
PDF is first-class with full preflight and fixes. Customers can also upload AI, PSD, JPG and PNG up to 100 MB per file.
Does it replace our prepress operator?
It removes the routine checking. Most files are fine or can be fixed automatically and run through on their own. You spend the craft on the hard files — not on hunting for missing bleed.
What happens to files that can't be fixed?
They get an error status, and the customer can upload a new version directly on the order. You decide whether production may proceed with warnings.
