Frequently asked questions

Does it require replacing our machines?
No. The integrations build on open standards like JDF/JMF and the Fiery platform. If you run equipment we don't know yet, let's talk — the integration list keeps growing.
Can operators use it without long training?
The operator screen is built for touch and only shows what matters at the machine: next job, Start, Pause, Done and Report issue. Most operators are productive within an hour.
We outsource most of our production — is the module still relevant?
Yes. Supplier requisitions, status flow and the file archive work the same whether a job runs in-house or goes to a partner.
